Alpine Valley Music Theatre is an outdoor amphitheatre located in East Troy, Wisconsin. The theatre seats approximately 37,000 people on its lawn and 20,000 under the pavilion roof. The main floor of the pavilion has a general admission standing area in front of the reserved seating areas.

The 200 and 300 level seats are located behind the 100 level seats. There is also a small section of 400 level seats located above the 300 level seats on the far right side of the pavilion (as you’re looking at the stage). The best way to find your seat at Alpine Valley Music Theatre is to use the venue’s interactive seat map.

This can be found on their website or through Ticketmaster. Once you’ve found your seat on the map, take note of the section (100, 200, 300 or 400), row and seat number. When you arrive at the venue, look for signage that will guide you to your section.

Then find your row and seat number within that section – easy!


Alpine Valley is a great place to catch some sun and enjoy the fresh air. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are top notch. However, one thing that can be a bit of a downer is the fact that not all seats are covered.
